Not only is it our job to monitor what is occurring in the 92 municipalities in the St. Louis Area, but it is our goal to make sure that you as REALTORS® are aware of the important issues affecting your profitability. We work hard to establish relationships with our local legislators in order to create an open line of communication in order to make the lobbying efforts of the St. Louis Association of REALTORS® beneficial for all. In addition to lobbying efforts, political advocacy, and mobilizing issues the Legislative Department hosts numerous committees:

Our efforts to maintain our legislative policies throughout the St. Louis Area cannot be done without your support! Hearing from you personally makes a big difference in our job, and in the opinions of local legislators, you are the eyes and ears of our community and that is extremely valuable! If you are interested in joining a committee, volunteering for RPAC Events, donating to RPAC, being a contact for a local Municipality, or just want to share your ideas and opinions with us, please contact the legislative department at SLAR.
