The St. Louis Association of REALTORS Diversity committee promotes equal opportunity in housing and diversity within the real estate industry. The committee helps to Identify the concerns of members and to assist in the development of actions to address those concerns and needs. We dscuss issues regarding fair housing and cultural diversity. Coordinate the Association's activities to increase diversity within the real estate profession and the SLAR membership. Identify diversity and fair housing education needs and goals. Promote changes in real estate business practices to reflect the growing cultural diversity within the St. Louis Region. To share diversity knowledge, expertise, analysis and information with other SLAR committees as appropriate.
