St. Louis County Ordinance requires residential waste service at all 1 and 2 family residences. Property owners and tenants are equally responsible for compliance. When a property is vacant (>60 consecutive days) in a billing period the amount owed may be adjusted accordingly. This form should accompany your submitted written documentation (see list of acceptable items below) for claims of vacancy. For further inquiries regarding the trash districts, please contact 314-615-HAUL or the Legislative Department at SLAR.
